Meet Our Staff


Dennis and Sharr


Owners, Dennis and Sharr combined their love for healthcare in 2005 bringing their dream to life of owning their own pharmacy. As a pharmacist, Dennis strives to make the pharmacy experience positive, informative, and friendly. Dennis has found a calling in compounding where he has been able to formulate and make unique medications for people and animals alike. Sharr Ballweg is a registered nurse with a great deal of love and compassion for the people she serves. Nicole has a doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Illinois Chicago and is passionate about medication education. She loves to dive deep into her patients total medication regimen including supplements. You can reach out to Nicole for vaccinations, one-on-one medication regimen reviews, CBRF site visits, community education talks (fall prevention, mental health, healthy aging, drug misuse, etc), herbal supplement reviews and much more. She is passionate about serving our community as a pharmacist.




Kaytlyn, Dennis and Sharr's daughter, graduated from UW-Stout with a degree in Dietetics. She has grown up in her family's pharmacy and places an emphasis on preventive medicine and diet to keep our pharmacy family healthy. She is a valuable resource on dietary supplements, essential oils, breast pumps, and so much more. Kayty leads the way in many of our innovative programs such as medication synchronization.



Sharon is a veteran of the Air Force National Guard and the backbone of our medication packaging for both assisted living residents and our patients living in the community. Sharon is a pro at arranging complicated drug regimens.



Michelle graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Botany from UW-Madison. Michelle has been a great asset in researching and compounding unique medications and for her expertise solving tough coverage issues.



Sandy's experience working for a health insurer and having owned her own restaurant has been extremely valuable. She brings knowledge of insurance programs, and works tirelessly to make sure that all the behind the scenes needs of our patients are met including contacting clinics for medication refills and organizing inventory



Caleb, Dennis and Sharr's son, carries on the family tradition of healthcare and community service and is currently working on his doctorate in pharmacy at the UW-Madison. He has been a great resource in the compounding lab and his passion for pharmacology continues to inform us all in our practice and care of patients.



Ellen is a graduate from Luther College with a degree in communications and has worked in marketing. She continues to help us in marketing and diligently serves our community of patients helping with insurance issues, complex medication packaging, and novel approaches to everyday barriers to patient medication access.



Bonnie’s smiling face can be found greeting our customers at the front of the store. She helps us keep our shine and polish. Bonnie loves hiking, golfing, and enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.



Amber is our sunshine! Nearing high school graduation, Amber works after school delivering medications (and smiles) to people in their homes, helping patients at the pharmacy, and completing pharmacy projects.
